Invoke the strength of Thor in your ritual practice with this hand-painted altar cloth. Made from ethically sourced rabbit hide, each piece is a powerful blend of tradition and intention, perfect for shielding your sacred space and deepening your spiritual connection.
Our altar cloths are designed to protect your working area during ritual, but they also serve as potent magical tools. Use them beneath ritual tools, during rune or tarot readings, or to wrap and transport sacred objects. They can also be repurposed into pouches, herb collectors, or tied to bundles for traveling rites.
This hide is painted with a bindrune calling upon the Norse god Thor, using the runes Thurisaz, Othala, and Raidho—a combination meant to summon his power, protection, and enduring will. Surrounding the bindrune is a full circle of all 24 Elder Futhark runes, anchoring the cloth in the ancient language of the gods.
Each hide is naturally tanned and left untrimmed, maintaining its organic edges and markings. Some may contain small holes or imperfections from the tanning process—an intentional choice that honors the raw nature of the material.
Dimensions: Approx. 11" x 10"
