SHIPPING:

Oreamnos Oddities is not responsible for packages that are lost after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered, we are unable to send a replacement.

If you cannot locate your package, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. Most carriers can use GPS delivery data to determine the exact location where the package was scanned as delivered and can help you recover it.

We will re-send all orders sent back to us once we receive a new shipping address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Once a package leaves the United States, we cannot track the item. It is up to the postal service to deliver your item once it leaves our office. This can sometimes take up to a month for international orders. Oreamnos Oddities is not responsible for any customs fees.

ADDING ITEMS TO YOUR ORDER ONCE IT'S PLACED:

We are happy to manually add items into your order and send a separate invoice to avoid additional shipping fees. If two orders are placed, we will refund the shipping difference. 

EXCHANGES:

Oreamnos Oddities is happy to exchange items if they are sent back within 1 week in the condition the items were received. We do not pay for shipping for exchanges.

RETURN POLICY:

We are happy to take a customer return within 14 days of you receiving your item(s) for a full refund. A 10% restocking fee will be applied for all returns.

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been inspected. 

Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not pay for return shipping.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

All sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please review your items and shipping details carefully before checkout. 

If you no longer want an item after it arrives, you may follow the return instructions listed above, if applicable.

WHOLESALE:

I do wholesale! please email hello@oreamnosoddities.com for details and rates.

HOLDS:

I do not do holds for anyone. Many of my items are limited, and they are always first-come first-served.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

Custom orders are currently closed.

PURCHASING BONE ITEMS OR HIDES:

All items we offer for sale are legally taken and can legally be sold by us according to the laws of the State of Idaho (Idaho License 729-23-000009). 

We assume that when you order an item, you can legally possess that item according to the laws of your state or country. If you order an item from us and you cannot possess it according to the laws of your state or country, Oreamnos Oddities will hold you responsible for any penalties and/or legal fees incurred. All offerings of merchandise shall be interpreted to mean that Oreamnos Oddities is not offering to sell items that are prohibited in your state or country.
