The berserkers were an elite class of shamanic, cult warriors within Old Norse society.

By adorning your altar space with a bear skull this can be used within ritual to summon the inner strength of the Berserker. To do this you will need to Hallow your ritual working area, consecrate this skull using either anointing oils, smoke or cleansing spray and mediate with the skull regularly. It is recommended to use either bindrunes, staves, sigils or journal entries to communicate with the old gods what your intentions are to then summon the strength of the Berserker.
