This hanger is engraved with repeating Elder Futhark runes and has two Ansuz runes hand cut that are fixed to the top and bottom of the hanger. The Elder Futhark is the oldest form of runic alphabets. At the base of the hanger is a Tóustefna stave, which is used to ward off foxes.

The skull and both jawbones come from a coyote, which were both found within the forest while hiking.
