Black candles are very powerful and have many uses. These are 100% Pure Beeswax. Each is hand poured individually and are scented. Please choose from my pure black "Forest dweller" or my deep blue "midnight fir".
Forest dweller has hints of pine and mistletoe. 1oz tin
Midnight Fir has a mix of forest fir scents. 1oz tin
Both options will also smell of the natural beeswax used to create them. Beeswax can burn 4-5 times longer than soy wax! So these little tins might look small but will last 7-9 hours. I recommend labeling each individual candle per ritual so each has a set purpose. This will help your ritual practice and keep your mind more focused. Each candle comes in an unmarked 1oz black tin.
The color contrast isn't the easiest to see in my photos but the "midnight fir" is slightly lighter than my pure black candles. Both options I have added a slight gold speckle to. Once your ritual candle is lit the speckles are much more noticeable and you will see them within the wax. They look like the stars at night but are subtle and not over whelming.
Witches have used candles for centuries and they have a long and interesting history in religious worship, magic and folklore. They light the way to the sacred, they dispel the forces of darkness, are associated with ghosts and the dead, can find buried treasure, and they play a role in incubated dreaming.
Beeswax releases negative ions when it burns. Pollen, dust, dirt, pollutants, and any other junk in the air all carry a positive charge, and that is how they can be suspended in the air. The negative ions released from burning beeswax negate the positive charge of air contaminants, and the neutralized ions are sucked back into the burning candle or fall to the ground. Many air purifiers and water filters harness this effective negative ion technology.
Beeswax candles effectively reduce the symptoms of asthma, allergies, and hay fever by drawing pollutants out of the air.
Never burn candles for more than 2-3 hrs at a time. Always place candle on fireproof surface. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
